Wade into law and force states to legalize abortion-on-demand.   The Women’s Health Protection Act of 2022 would override state laws restricting or banning abortion, and would force states to legalize abortion through all nine months of pregnancy.    Read more about this bill here:   https://www.liveaction.org/news/senate-vote-abortion-right-overruling-state-protections/   Although the bill is likely to fail, it has not stopped pro-abortion lawmakers from pushing for its passage.   And they will try again and again until Roe v. Wade is federal law.
