: "As we have learnt from Freud, there are no jokes

 The New Yorker, October 2, 1971 P. 36

A Scottish girl in New York, Emm McKechnie, asks about an apartment in an unfinished building, but the landlord refuses to rent to her, saying unmarried girls get roped on the way to the laundromat. She describes her employer, Simpson Aird, who works at home, and his family. She returns to the unfinished building where the landlord is arguing with the construction foreman. She has lunch with the landlord, Murray Lancaster, and soon marries him. She describes his habits, his possessions, and relates a bit of their life together. He dies. She is on holiday at the time and tells what she does to fill up the time. She becomes neurotic, talks to strangers on the bus. She returns to work, becoming an au pair girl for the Airds, doing secretarial work and mothering two Great Dane puppies. Mrs. Aird thinks she ought to get married again, ought to see a psychiatrist. She tells the psychiatrist she wouldn't mind living in a commune. The doctor says that people can get over-individuated in communes and she laughs, asking if that means lonely, The doctor wants to know what she is avoiding by laughing: "As we have learnt from Freud, there are no jokes." She meets a Bulgarian at a party of the Airds, goes out with him. Everything reminds her of her dead husband, but the Bulgarian, with his "dogged clasp on difficulties," blots out her husband's face. The Bulgarian calls her over and over: She is wrecking his life, she is ruining him by saying no. She laughs and hangs up, thinking to herself: "What if he wasn't faking, what if he wasn't funny?"

Father’s Day for Gay Boys BY DAN VERA

 Father’s Day for Gay Boys

One beside another—brothers
Seven diviners
of what lies beyond the truths we have uncovered.
One makes three, then four, then more
until we move beyond mere numbers.
There is thunder over the city tonight
and of the million hearts we may never see
here in the circle we make commitments
we push the limits of earthly loving.

Electricity visits again,
and the black skies pulse with light—
currents of power by some capillary action.

Sons kiss their fathers.
Sons kiss their fathers to sleep
and the rose-eyed boy remembers himself again.

We are not the sons they ordered
with their patriotic dreaming.
We are not the sons they expected to come down the line.

But we unfold
beyond such kind paternal ignorance.
We unfold within the measure of our time.
And we make peace with the fathers inside of us.
And we give birth to a hidden, long-carried joy within.

Dada poem

Common knowledge is the one who is the self of a yo.

You read the X-Ray of no evidence.

Plus pirouetting play with more people.

Yeah but good luck on some other easy year!

Dada poem

The only thing that is awesome is to have a good time.

The first time I was in the sign of the cookies, I was in the same boat as a good friend.

You are amazing!

You can get a good job of getting a new game to play with your own team.

If you don't want to have a problem with your body,

It's amazing how much you want to have and not just a few things to play with.

I'm missing something that makes you feel like you are going to play with a game of getting better than your body!

This was a good idea to play the cookies for some reason

Dada poem

No problem is that wrong with the party of Trotsky
The art of the possible exception to this rule is a great day of school girls under a state of innocence
And I am sorry for being born in the first half brother of a word or phrase that is a toddler and no play makes Jack a dull boy
To say that God is not a video game 🎮of the way to the Great Gatsby and children in the civil servants of the dinosaurs and children in a literary magazine

If you don't want to know why it isn't dark out any of the dinosaurs and children in a fantasy world,
But I am not a middle school student who is a toddler and no one can hear you think that you can understand the importance of having trouble with the Bible?
And we should take down graffiti for the same reason that they are not adults and children in the civil war?
Dada and children are not married to a beheading of a function of this generation and children to the Great Beyond that they are Sandworms doing good to have meaning of the dinosaurs and children

And I have a crush on you all!
The election of the dinosaurs and children to get sick of the dinosaurs and children and children in the civil war?
And the t-shirt challenge is to be treated as such a beautiful child and children in the United nations
If you don't want to know why it isn't dark and children in a fantasy football league of the dinosaurs and no one can hear you scream at the dinosaurs

Dada

Random words

Genesis of the world as we know it,and the only way to think that you can understand the importance of having fun! Science is a pronoun! So did the Chinese and Japanese! We are only one! You can see the mind of Vishnu. Where is your proof of the masculinity and Japanese government. Where did that come with subtitles? We are making a war on the phone with me alone, and the YouTube video of dialectical materialism!

Why is truth not allowed to exist anymore?

Why is truth not allowed to exist anymore? Why is basic reality banned from our lives? Nobody believes in basic logic anymore! Truth judges...
