Biden's dangerous games are giving Israel's enemies carte blanche to attack.

 To+both,

Biden's dangerous games are giving Israel's enemies carte blanche to attack.

Israel is facing deadly attacks from Hamas and Iran, as well as insidious lawfare by the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC is poised to issue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu.

And despite pledging "ironclad" support for Israel, Biden halted a shipment of weapons to Israel.

We IMMEDIATELY filed a FOIA request to expose this betrayal. And a few days after our filing, Biden announced he WOULD send over $1 billion in artillery and tactical vehicles to Israel.

But those shipments may not happen for years. Israel doesn't have time for Biden's flip-flopping.

We're preparing to defend Israel before the ICC. We also sent demand letters to the Biden Administration and filed formal legal complaints against Columbia University for allowing the violent protests targeting Jewish and Christian students.

And we just filed TWO critical written submissions to the U.N. defending Israel and exposing Iran's plot to obliterate the Jewish state.

Israel needs our help NOW. Sign our urgent petition.

UPDATE: ACLJ Demands Answers for Biden's Betrayal.

A principal unconstitutionally told a teacher that she could not pray at school or even give the appearance of praying. After we filed a lawsuit on her behalf, he changed his story, claiming he didn't tell her she couldn't pray.

One problem – the conversation was recorded. When our client asked if she could pray in the parking lot, far from the flagpole, the principal said: "You have the right to pray in private . . . but not in front of students. And there are students at the front . . . so you can't do that."

Our client's rights were indeed violated. And we just submitted the transcript in court.

Our election integrity is in jeopardy.

All one has to do to register to vote in this country is check a box stating that they're a citizen. No ID necessary. No proof of citizenship required. It's preposterous.

Thankfully, Speaker Mike Johnson, Representative Chip Roy, and Senator Mike Lee have introduced the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act to ensure that noncitizens do not vote. SAVE would require potential voters to present proof of citizenship at registration.

Furthermore, states would be required to remove noncitizens from the list of eligible voters upon receiving documentation verifying that the registrant is a noncitizen.

The bill even includes a right for citizens to sue election officials who register an applicant without proof of citizenship. And it would make those officials subject to a criminal penalty, including a fine, imprisonment, or both.

Harvard’s anti-Israel protest tent camp thwarted by 2 a.m. lawn sprinklers

Harvard’s anti-Israel protest tent camp thwarted by 2 a.m. lawn sprinklers

Harvard University’s anti-Israel tent encampment was temporarily thwarted overnight — by a slew of sprinklers going off around 2 a.m.

Dozens of sleeping protesters who were trying to catch some shuteye were disturbed when the sprinklers suddenly turned on in the middle of the Ivy League’s Cambridge campus.

“As protesters spend their first night in the Harvard Yard encampment, the biggest threat to their stay has not come from administrators or Harvard University police officers, but the Yard’s sprinklers,” the Harvard Crimson student-led paper said early Thursday.

The first sprinkler switched on just outside the encampment in Harvard Yard at about 2:30 a.m. as temperatures dipped to 36 degrees.

Then, just before 4 a.m., a sprinkler located in the middle of the tents started spraying out water, prompting students to quickly start handing out buckets.

“Two more sprinklers turned on at the edge of the encampment near Massachusetts Hall,” the newspaper said in a live blog update at 4:05 a.m.

“The sprinklers began to hit tents on the edge of the camp before protesters rushed over to cover the sprinklers with buckets and sit on them.”

More than a dozen tents popped up at the $79,500-a-year college Wednesday after a rally against the university’s suspension of the Harvard Undergraduate Palestine Solidarity Committee.

Trying to stay ahead of planned protests that have already disrupted Columbia and New York University, Harvard locked most gates into its famous yard ahead of classes Monday and limited access to those with school identification.

The school also posted warning signs about setting up tents or tables on campus without permission.

As of Thursday, no arrests had been made.

It comes as anti-Israel protests have ratcheted up on college campuses over the past week.

What do you think? Post a comment.

At Columbia, more than 100 demonstrators were cuffed and hauled away when the NYPD was brought in to break up the encampment.

Students at New York University then set up an encampment, which was also torn down and resulted in more than 100 arrests.
