[דִי כ] (וְדִ֣י ק) חֲזַ֗יְתָ פַּרְזְלָא֙ מְעָרַב֙ בַּחֲסַ֣ף טִינָ֔א מִתְעָרְבִ֤ין לֶהֱוֹן֙ בִּזְרַ֣ע אֲנָשָׁ֔א וְלָֽא־לֶהֱוֹן דָּבְקִ֖ין דְּנָ֣ה עִם־דְּנָ֑ה הֵֽא־כְדִ֣י פַרְזְלָא לָ֥א מִתְעָרַב עִם־חַסְפָּֽא׃ Open Bible

English translation (KJV):
“And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.” Bible Hub

Meaning:
The verse uses the image of iron and clay to symbolize how the peoples of the world will mix together in the “seed of men” (offspring/descendants), but will not truly unite or adhere to one another, just as iron does not naturally mix with clay
